Q. Do I need to bring my computer?
 A. Only if you have a portable one that you can bring, however you don't have to. We provide computers for those who need. Please let us know prior to your arrival that you'd like us to reserve one for you.
Q. When should I plan on arriving?
 A. Class starts 7:30am on Monday, so we suggest arriving on Sunday.
Q. Is there a hotel nearby?
 A. Since we are close to O'Hare Airport, there are plenty of them arround. Our official stay is at Holiday Inn Elk Grove Village for our attendees. We have an arrangement for discounted rate and transportation from/to the O'Hare Airport, Symons facilities as well as Monday evening dinner at one of the local prime steak houses.
Q. Do I need a Rental Car?
A. Not unless you fly to other airport and/or stay in another hotel.

Q. What is the Fee?
 A. It's $399 per person covers the seminar only. Hotel and your other expenses are not included.
Q. When should I plan on flying back?
A. Class usually ends on Wednesday at noon time. Any time after 2:00pm CT should give you enough time to get to O'hare airport. If you fly out from Midway you should leave enough time for yourself according to weather and travel conditions.

 Q. Do you serve any food during the class?
A. We provide continental breakfast Monday - Wednesday and lunch Monday and Tuesday and dinner on Monday evening in one of the local prime steakhouses. 

 Q.Do we get tested during and at the end?
A. Yes, we do hands on test during the sessions to make assure you learn and to check the pace of the class.

 Q. What kind of questions do you ask?
A. Nothing is not covered. During the sessions you are asked to do a hands on test on the computers. Final test has questions in multiple choice, fill in the blanks and True/False statements and a project to complete using formC@D.

Q. What if I fail the test. Can I take it again?
A. Yes. All the questions in the test are covered during the class and our attendee scores averaging above 90 points over 100.
Q. Am I allowed to take the class again?
A. Of course. However you won't need to when you find out how easy it is to use formC@D.

Q. Do we get a certification at the end?
A. Yes, you need to attend to class in full and need to complete the test and pass to qualify for the Certification.

Q. I took the class in the past. Can I take it again?
A. Sure you can.

Q. Do you cover residential jobs only?
A. We cover not only residential and commercial projects, but also extreme situations that you probably haven't seen before to make sure you are able to overcome.

Q. What if I forget some functionalities, can I call and ask?
A. Yes you can. But not to worry, software is way too easy to use according to our users feedback.

Q. I am in sales. I don't do so much layout. I don't know if I should attend?
A. Strongly suggest sales people to take the class. formC@D allows you to be able to generate professional drawings and far closer results than any other methods of estimations.

Q. Do I need to have a formC@D license to attend to the class?
A. No. We provide you full functional license to use during the class and a temporary license to take home for a 3 months trial.

Q. What is the instructor, attendee ratio?
A. We have 4 formwork and formC@D experts tutor the class and we make sure our classes less than 30 people.

Q.Do you have any other seminars coming up?
A. Yes, we do. According to demand we are launching one almost every other month.
